As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Vice President, Channel Sales. The Vice President, Channel Sales is a strategic leader responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of the organization's channel development policies, objectives and initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with partner channels to maximize revenue, drive sales growth, and meet corporate goals. The Vice President serves as the primary representative of the company in activities related to reseller and channel partner support, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall mission and objectives. Reporting to top management, this role requires a proven ability to manage departmental functions and develop broad strategies for channel sales success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel development strategies to expand the organization’s market presence and achieve revenue objectives
- Establish and manage partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners, ensuring mutual growth and success
- Represent the company in all interactions with channel partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships
- Define and implement sales goals and strategies to drive results through channel partnerships
- Oversee the creation and enforcement of channel policies, processes, and objectives.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate channel sales staff to ensure peak performance and professional development
- Make decisions regarding staffing, pay, and other personnel-related matters within the department
- Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources to meet business objectives effectively
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel strategies and adjust as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with broader organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of managerial experience, including significant experience in channel development or sales management
- Extensive expertise in channel sales, reseller management, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Comprehensive understanding of channel development, channel management, and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop major goals and approve policies across sub-functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical skills to evaluate channel performance and develop data-driven strategies
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in channel sales
- Proven ability to manage departmental functions within a broader corporate framework
